Cinnamon Roll Cake

This cake couldn't be more simple and it's very yummy. Perfect for a crowd, and it takes no time at all to whip it up. We had it for breakfast this morning and I will certainly be making this again!

3 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl whisk together the wet ingredients then slowly add them to the dry and stir until thoroughly combined. Pour mixture into a 1/2 sheet pan sprayed with nonstick spray.

Cinnamon mixture

In a small bowl combine
1/2 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon

drizzle this mixture on top of cake and use a knife to swirl into cake.
Bake for 15 minutes.

For glaze (you may want to double this recipe)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp milk or heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla

Remove cake from oven and drizzle glaze on top while still warm.
